You will be learning the tricks of the trade directly from the founder of MakMak who will run you through an interactive demonstration of the macaron making process and then you will prepare your own macarons and taste the results!
During the 2-hour session, you will learn how to make an Italian meringue, how to mix the batter to the right consistency and the tricks you need to be able to pipe your macarons into the perfect round shapes they need to be.
We will be learning how to make a quick Belgian milk chocolate ganache that will be paired with a crunchy peanut butter to balance it out perfectly. You will leave the class with expert knowledge and insights, plus you’ll receive a complimentary gift bag containing the recipe and a stencil that you will need to whip up a batch of macarons at home.
