We offer specialised programs in Baking and Decorating, as well as Front of House and Back of House roles. Our goal is to ensure all participants gain employment by the end of the course.

Launch your employment pathways career and spend your workdays learning the ropes. Gain the skills to become an assistant baker, Front of house and Back of house staff

  • Calculate the amount of ingredients needed in recipes
  • Roll out, drape and decorate a cake with fondant icing

Is this course right for you?

Entry Requirement / Recommendations

  • To be prepared for this course, we recommend you have:
    Minimum age 17 years
  • An interest in employment opportunity in the Hospitality sector
  • An Aptitude for working with their hands
  • Non slip shoes, long pants and a t-shirt, polo shirt or long sleeve T-shirt
    ( Apron, Chefs Jacket, Chefs hat will be provided)
  • Levels of mobility and physical fitness to move around the kitchen
